| Solar power plan for NHS surgery A DOCTORS' surgery has applied to be permitted to install solar panels on its roof. Placing solar panels on public buildings has become popular in recent years as energy can be either used to reduce bills or sold back to the National Grid to make money. The application, submitted jointly by NHS Northamptonshire and Lakeside Surgery, is expected to be dealt with by planning officers under delegated powers. |
